It is understandable why so many parents love to find cheap boots for kids. It's not that we don't want to spend the money on them, and it's very possible we have the money that would allow us to buy more expensive boots for kids, but why should we? When a child will be able to wear the boots for one season before their foot grows right out of it, the realization sets in that a pair of boots must be bought every single fall or winter. Sometimes two pair must be bought - snow boots are a necessity in some areas, but they aren't a boot that you would want your child to wear on a regular basis.

So, most parents, unless they are just fortunate to have the money to spend, choose not to purchase expensive boots for their kids. If the boots don't have to last as long, you can buy a cheaper pair for each child and still spend the same (or possibly less) every year on children's boots.
